7 days to go, Department of Education Aklan thru Dr. larosa has issued a memorandum to 9 Private Schools in kalibo, the host municipality of WAD 2008 for the conduct of the school based orientations on HIV and AIDS, Substance use and abuse and Life Skills. on its 3rd year, this school based orientations aim to increase awareness among young people on HIV and AIDS. This year we are targeting to reach 2,000.

4. De la Cruz Institute of Business Industry
5. Infant Jesus School
6. Infant Jesus Academy
7.Aklan Academy
8. Aklan InterFaith Academy
9. NorthWester Visayas Colleges
10. STI College
US Peace Corps Volunteers will do the orientations in partnership with the Philippine National Police.
