Viva kay Senor Sto Nino

How can we forward a health advocacy such as STI,HIV and ASIDS Prevention in a very religous event like the oldest festival in the Philippines such as the Kalibo, Ati-atihan in honor of the Senor Sto.Nino?
We compromise.
The Provincial Health Office in coordination with the Provincial AIDS Council takes the STI,HIV/AIDS prevention advocacy to the streets of Kalibo, during the 745th Kalibo Ati-atihan festival.
